These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and online marketplace operated by Schokman and Samerawickreme ("we", "us", or "our") and all related pages, features, services and tools (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, including by placing an order, making a payment, or by ticking the box confirming that you have read and understood these Terms, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, each as amended from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform. Any amendment will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

In these Terms, "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Platform; "Buyer" means a User who places an order for goods; "Goods" means items listed on the Platform for sale; "Seller" means the person or entity offering Goods for sale (which may include us or third parties); and "Order" means a purchase request placed through the shopping cart and checkout process.

These Terms shall be read together with any notices, special conditions, return/refund conditions, delivery terms, product-specific terms, or other policies displayed on the Platform in relation to any Goods or category of Goods. Such additional terms form part of these Terms and are binding.

The Platform provides an online shopping cart–based purchase facility. The Platform does not provide an auction or bidding service.

To place Orders, you must create and maintain a user account. You must be competent to contract under Sri Lankan law and, in the case of an individual, must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

At registration or thereafter, you may be required to provide information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, and NIC number, and any other information reasonably required to operate the Platform, process Orders, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law.

You warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete. You agree to promptly update your information where it changes.
